All About Ignite Missions

Welcome to the Ignite About Page. We are Sam and Peggy Feazel, the Ignite missionaries to Honduras since 2008.
Our goal is to reach villages for Christ through Team ministry and Ignite Discipleship.
 

DOCTRINE
 

About God

We believe God is supreme in His person, eternal in His being, absolute in His attributes, glorious in His perfection. We believe in the Trinity.

(Gen. 1:1; Isa. 6:1; Deut. 6:4; Matt. 6:9)

 

About Jesus Christ

We believe in the virgin birth of Christ, His deity and sinless life, His vicarious death, His bodily resurrection, and in His personal, pre-millennial return.

(Matt. 1:18,20; II Cor. 5:21; I Cor. 15:3-4)

 

About the Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit is the Third Person of the Godhead. We believe that He executes the plan of God for our conviction and salvation. From the time of conversion, the Holy Spirit resides in the body of the believer and empowers him/her for His service.

(Col. 2:9; Matt. 10:16; John 14:16)

 

About the Scriptures

We believe the Bible is the verbally inspired Word of God.

(Jer. 30:2; II Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1:20,21)

 

About Salvation

We believe that the salvation of sinners is wholly of grace, and that Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation.

(Eph. 2:8,9; John 3:16; John 5:24; John 3:36)

 

About Eternal Security

We believe that those who receive Jesus Christ as their Savior are eternally secure. Our security rests on the finished work of Jesus Christ. As a result, we have assurance.

(II Tim. 1:12; Rom. 8:35,39)

VISION

The Ignite vision is to grow and disciple new believers in remote village, help with repair of roofs and laying floors in village homes, and teach vocations for income support of families. This all is made possible through the support of Short-term Mission Teams and our amazing Follow up Missionaries.

LADIES RETREAT

Devotions and Bible Lessons for Women that are organized by the team. Materials and crafts are bought by the team

CONSTRUCTION

Will place a floor or roof on a house. Normally one project is completed each day and costs around $400 for each.

MEN'S COOKOUT

Invite the men for a time of fellowship and grilling then share the Gospel. Create relationships.

MEDICAL CONSULTS

Requires a hired doctor ($300) or a team member doctor. Medicines can be bought in the country.

YOUTH

Bible Lessons and Activities that are organized by the team. We have suggested lessons or choose your own.

KIDS BIBLE CLUB

Minister to the children through Bible Stories, Crafts, Music and Recreation. 

COMPOUND

The Ignite Mission Compound is set on top of a mountain that includes 24 acres. With cool weather and spectacular views this property is home to 6 buildings. The land is divided into by a creek in the middle. On one side of the creek houses the Dining Hall, where the team meals are prepared and served. Two Dorms for sleeping 20 each with bunk style bedding, three showers, sinks, and toilets and a Storage Building where supplies are secured. On the other side of the property are two houses for the Ignite missionaries. The property comes with a Disc Golf Course, and Recreation area. It also hosts a Hammock City for those who want to relax.
