Christmas Trip

Join the Ignite Missions Christmas Trip to Honduras on Thursday, December 4th to Sunday, December 7th of 2025. You will be a blessing to a thousand kids in our Ignite Church villages with a Christmas bag full of toys, fruit, and coloring book of the Christmas Story.
Each Team Member or Family is asked to please purchase and bring 1000 of a toy or item to place in each kids Christmas Bag.
CHRISTMAS TRIP GUIDE
Please follow the Steps below to register and prepare for your trip
1. REGISTER
Each person must Register for the trip, even if they are traveling in a group.
Deadline to Register is Saturday, November 15 for printing shirts
2. PAY
Team Member Fee is $600 that covers Meals, Lodging, Transportation, and Dining. Does not cover Airfare
Pay Online individually or as a group. When filling in the Secure Give Form, Please place each members name in the comment area and choose the Donation Fee Offset option to cover Processing fees for your donation.
Pay by Mail individually or as a group. Please place each members name in the memo area of the check or on a separate piece of paper.
3. TOY
View Online Toy List to see what has been purchased, add your own toy to the list, or choose a toy from the list. You will need to bring 1000 of the chosen toy with you day of travel.

For your arrival flight to Honduras, please know there are two American and United flights daily. One arrives around noon and the other around 2:30. Make sure that you choose the noon arrival flight for all team members to arrive at the same time. The plan for the noon flight arrival would be to eat lunch after all team members have arrived at the airport. Then travel 2 hours to the Ignite Compound for a 4-5:00 arrival time. You would then rest till dinner time and begin preparing the 1000 Kids Christmas Bags.
For your departure flight returning to the states you would want to choose the early flight if possible. We will be traveling to the airport with the entire team early that Sunday morning of your departure to arrive at the airport at around 10:00 or earlier for your noon departure flight.
Flight Form
It is very important to fill in the Flight Form after purchasing your airfare. Because this team has members from all over the country, each person will be flying in on a different airline and time. Filling in this form will let Ignite know what airline and time you will be flying into the Comayagua Airport.
Customs Form
Fill in this Customs Form before leaving the States and before leaving Honduras. It is required when entering the country of Honduras and required when leaving.
Minor Form
Fill in Minor Form if team member is traveling with only one parent. Airline may want this form when checking in at the airport to leave the states. It needs to be notarized.

Information
Checked bag is 50 lbs. for regular class ticket and 70 lbs. for first class ticket
The schedule will be Friday and Saturday deliver stockings with a Christmas Party on Saturday night
Bring a jacket for cool nights. Can be in the 50's in December on top of a mountain where the Mission House is located.
All blankets, sheets, pillows and towels will be provided
Ignite has a store for purchasing shirts, vanilla, and coffee. You can pay with your card, cash, or venmo
